  • This Information Evening is designed for students exploring pathway options to UNSW Sydney through UNSW College Diplomas. Our Diplomas provide an alternate entry route, allowing students who do not secure the ATAR required for direct entry to transition into the second year of a UNSW degree upon successful completion.

    This event is for anyone who wants to know more about UNSW College, and learn about UNSW College Diplomas of:

    • Architecture

    • Business 

    • Computer Science

    • Engineering

    • Science 

  • For 60 years, UNSW College has been the trusted pathway for ambitious students like you, supporting your journey into UNSW Sydney and beyond. Our Diplomas are designed for ambitious students who may have missed the ATAR for direct entry – upon successful completion of a Diploma, you'll progress into second year at UNSW, with the support and structure to help you succeed.

    UNSW College also offers Applied Degrees – newly introduced bachelor's degrees designed to help you graduate with the practical skills employers are looking for.

    • Bachelor of Applied Business (Business Management)

    • Bachelor of Information Technology (Cyber Defence and Networking) 

    • Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Development)

    The event will be held at the UNSW College campus in Kensington.

    Finding the venue

    Once you arrive, head towards the colourful stairs in the centre of the building. A friendly UNSW College representative will be waiting to welcome you and guide you to Seminar Room 131.

    Getting here

    UNSW College is located within the UNSW Sydney Kensington campus and is easily accessible by public transport.

    • Light Rail: Catch the L2 or L3 Light Rail and alight at UNSW High Street. Building L5 is just a short walk from the stop.
    • Bus: Frequent bus services operate along Anzac Parade from Sydney CBD, Central Station and surrounding suburbs, stopping close to the campus.
    • Car: The campus is approximately a 20-minute drive from Sydney CBD, depending on traffic.

    Parking ​

    Limited paid street parking is available around the Kensington campus. Please note that most on-street parking is subject to 2-hour time limits. ​

    Paid visitor parking is also available on the UNSW Sydney campus. We recommend allowing extra time to find a parking space before the event. 

  • Event photography and videography will take place throughout the event. Please advise a member of staff on the day if you do not wish to be photographed.
