Whether you’re applying for a Diploma, Applied Degree, Foundation Studies, Academic English, or a Pre-Masters Program, getting started at UNSW College is simple.

Domestic students: Applications for Term 2 and 3, 2026 Diploma intakes are now open. Applications are also open for the October 2026 Applied Degree intake (domestic students only). Apply directly via our website.

Applications for Term 1, 2027

Applications for Term 1 2027 Diplomas from domestic students (Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holders and New Zealand citizens) are processed by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).

Visit the Apply section of the UAC website for more information about selecting up to five programs in order of preference, with the first being your most desired program and university.

For study starting in Term 1 2027, offers are made in December and January. Visit the UAC website for key dates for preferences and offer rounds.

International students: You can apply for a Diploma, Foundation Studies, Academic English, or a Pre-Masters Program.

*You can apply as a Domestic student if you are a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, hold an Australian humanitarian visa or a citizen of New Zealand.

Domestic students applying for Foundation Studies must have an international background, such as:

Having studied overseas before starting Year 11 in Australia, or
Currently studying EAL/D or ESL in Australia.
